Good morning and Happy Monday, Active Place community! This first post has been a long time coming since I signed up a couple of weeks ago, but I'm looking forward to connecting with a few like-minded individuals on here and hopefully learning a little bit from those of you from other sporting disciplines.
I'm Tom, an ex semi-pro rugby player and former marketing professional, turned full-time Personal Trainer and TRX Coach. Interests are rugby (obviously), strength & conditioning/weight training, TRX (also somewhat obvious), nutrition and general wellness.
Would love to hear your thoughts and/or experiences of TRX as a training tool, as well as how you've used it or seen it used in the past.
