5hrs in 7 degrees becomes a lot easier with good friends and London sun. Around the South circular with John Brame before collecting Marsha and friends in Richmond Park (picture) and than down to Windsor for Quueenies summer home (video)

Well as always in London the sun didn’t last for long but I found some friends through Richmond Park on the way home. Hope that helps Jay Woods

Happy Monday everybody - first sun (which means no rain) in over a week here in London so getting out there to enjoy before the real world catches up!
And one month to go before IM Portugal so last couple of monster weeks...

What did I learn today.....
DISCRETION IS THE BETTER PART OF VALOR
Went out this morning for a ride with John Brame but the roads were wet and it was raining....never got comfortable as roads were slippery and back wheel slid a few times. Decided to let John go on his own (a lot more experienced rider than me in the wet) and head home after 30min
FRUSTRATION IS TEMPORARY
Half way home front tire went flat and CO2 canister didn’t match with valve so had to walk home a mile
BUT
Than got home in time to change quickly and take this legend to school
Decision get made, things happen.....some good, some bad and some we have no control over.....but there is no looking forward in the rear view mirror!
