I'm a Naturopath (with 20+ yrs exp.) author, mumma and passionate health educator. I believe there is no such thing as a one size fits all approach to wellness. On my website I share fad-free health advice and easy to make, whole food recipes that inspire people to live happy, healthy lives and create delicious food memories. I endeavour to simplify nutrition and make cooking nourishing meals achievable for everyone.

My own health challenges. I've suffered a heart condition and an autoimmune disease in my lifetime and in both cases, a holistic treatment plan allowed me to restore my health quickly and permanently.
