It’s been a HUGE week! I’m a simple chap. I love training, reflecting and moving things forward. Therefore I have started to encourage myself to write these down. Some of them you might find interesting!

Moving into my new flat, which has been a long time coming, along with keeping the F45 OC and Soho pumping.


What was last weeks BIGGEST failure?

My sleep was horrific. My mind was racing non stop and I wasn’t disciplined enough to get my evening routine in place. This will take it’s toll on me next week. I can guarantee!

What an INCREDIBLE week! Being active during a cold and challenging British winter is a difficult task! 

More than ever being part of a community has shown it’s importance! At F45 Oxford Circus and Soho we have really recognised that. On Monday we launched our β€˜8 Week Challenge’ with the focus being around getting up and MOVING! 

By partnering up with Magic Mountain, an incredible accountability tool and community platform, and dividing the 150 β€˜Challengers’ into teams we have had one HELL of a week. In 5 days we have accumulatively burnt 378,000 calories. Incredible stats!

Our online sessions have had people all over the UK training with us and it has been amazing to be part of. In these tough times using fitness as a vehicle to stay mentally and physically healthy is so important.

That one good thing brought about by the pandemic-- Zoom workouts! 

Because of it, chatting and working out with my best buds have been a regular morning routine. And by having training partners with a similar mindset and goals, every workout session is fun and I last longer. I also learned new things about how to keep fit and healthy from my workout buddies. 

Despite some of us going back to our normal work schedule thus having less time, and despite living on different sides of the world, we're now 10 months in and going strong. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
