Hiking in the Grand Tetons National Park is something hard to explain. The sheer beauty and size is out of this world. This hike up to Delta Lake took us above 9,500ft and was worth every step! Words can’t even describe!

Great finish to our hike. Super hot day but freezing cold in the water. Pumped to jump into the Colorado River 😨
This hike was an out and back 4 mile that could be rated as a difficult hike. Thereâs plenty of basic climbing and navigating through canyons and large rocks. A suitable hike to complete during the summer months with shelter from the canyon walls. We had lots of great experiences along the trail which offered some challenges
Only a short 3km hike in 115^f temperature.......what’s well worth the result. Horseshoe bend in Lake Powell 👌
Yes, you heard it, 49 years old and I have now given myself the title of ârunnerâ. Whilst not wanting to offend the hardcore runners out there who may laugh at my new title, I am proud to say that I now run, and almost every day too. "The global pandemic has changed the way the world operates and unless w
Great to see state parks still open through COVID. The view to Malibu Beach from the hills. 🏖
The Ultra Trail Australia events have many exciting challenges, one of the most noteworthy being the large and numerous hills that runners will encounter in the Blue Mountains. As this event has expanded, so too has the spread of runners from across our vast country. The race is now attracting runners from as far away as Tasmania, nort

If youâre into running, you may well agree that itâs one of the best sports out there, particularly in terms of its accessibility. If youâre not a runner, and high school cross country ruined the sport for you indefinitely, then that sentence might be the most ridiculous statement youâ
Some images stop you in your tracks, some people do too, this shot by Ariel Piloto did both in equal serves.Maico Amorim probably didn't get lucky with this shot, i'm sure he meant it completely, but man did he get lucky, or maybe not, either way, it's a cracker. If a photo could represent how I feel on Friday afternoon, this would be it. It wouldnât be too much of a sweeping statement to suggest that most roads are pretty much the same. Trails on the other hand can offer a huge variety. This is one of the beauties of trail running in fact. Each trail has its own unique terrain, but also its own unique challenges. If youâre new to trail runn
Trails are a great way to mix up you're running. Check out your backyard, you might be surprised what you find!
Why is running in the heat difficult? When running in the heat your core body temperature is increased, and just like when you have a fever, the higher your core body temperature, the worse you are going to feel. Blood is diverted to the skin to aid cooling. Less blood is therefore available to transport oxygen to the working muscles. This
Nike is no joke, that's no big claim, it's just the way it is, and this year, they served up 3 fine courses of deliciousness in the foot coverage department. You might think this should be considered old news, but I don't care, just like I don't care that electricity is old news, because electricity is epic and I guarantee you're using the stuff r
I’m not sure what I like more, running trails, or running trail running runners. Nike Pegasus Trail for me thank you.

Cacamonga Peak is out in the Mount Baldy region, California. It sits at just under 9,000 feet in height. Taking off mid afternoon, Preston and I hiked 15 miles with an elevation gain of 4,500 feet. A casual 6 hours of hiking in one day! I'm not too sure who was the most tired. The views from the top were well worth the effort and is a hike I hi
