Love this for training motivation in these times when you don’t know when we will step into the Arena again


I did it...I survived week one.  It’s not saying much considering I covered 95 miles in the week when I’m looking at 140 in a day but...week one is in the green with a lot of firsts: first legit training, first swim workout, first double session, first hill repeat set, first 95 mile week! And a return to not getting locked into my bike...😬

I always find this perplexing about my personality.  Maybe it’s just me? I ran 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days and yet I consistently loop parking lots for the best (i.e. closest) spot.  

2021 goals: take the stairs, park the farthest, walk to school (weather pending).
