Looking for the perfect pre-run fuel, post-run treat, anytime snack? Look no further! ??⁣

1/3 c Coconut Oil (softened)⁣

3-4 Bananas (mashed)⁣

2 Eggs⁣

1/2 tsp (each) Salt, All Spice⁣

1 tsp (each) Cinnamon, Vanilla, Baking Soda⁣

1/4 c Maple Syrup⁣

1/2 c Brown Sugar⁣

1 1/2 c Flour⁣

1 bag / ~12 pieces Dark Chocolate Sunflower Butter Cups (roughly chopped)⁣

Combine all ingredients and fold in chopped sunflower butter cups (or add in of your choice). Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350°F.⁣

Monday post daylight saving time has us running on coffee! ☕ Anyone else need an extra boost today? ⁣

??? ????: Set an alarm on your phone for sometime this afternoon. When it goes off, get up and take 10 deep breaths and then do 10 squats, repeat 5 times. Setting aside time to get your blood flowing and oxygen circulating can really make an impact on your energy! Another way to boost your energy levels? Put on your favorite song and have a mid-day dance party! Trust us, it's the perfect mood booster for these shorter days ??⁣
