On paper, these guys are quite possibly the most qualified to talk running. A physiotherapist, massage therapist and two die-hard runners talking about everything and everything related to running. They pull in guest speakers to chat through training, tips and injury prevention over easily digestible, bite-sized listens.
TRAIL RUNNER NATION
Beginners to pros, these guys are devoted to sharing their knowledge and advice to the global trail running community. Like the others, it's a party mix of tips, tricks and strategy specifically for trail runners. They go a little deeper into the thought process behind pacing, mental focus and nutrition.
Casual and relaxed, like you're having a beer with friends. These guys take you through upcoming events, training and racing tips. They're currently on their 72nd episode and have covered a pile of topics over their time, so plenty to choose from.
BETTER WITH RUNNING
This podcast is about the running journey and those you share it with. It's inspirational and motivating and encourages you to move. Chatting with coaches, athletes and running experts to discover how they go about getting the most out of their running. While doing so, they give some new ways of thinking and operating, sharing some of their secrets and training tips.
