Since we decided to fulfill a dream of creating my own performance space I have had to try and distill how I have worked with elite athletes for the last 8 years, and what methods and principles I have stuck by to get the results we have seen.
So here goes, we have distilled it down to the simple characteristics seen within our training and coaching, it has been a fantastic process to help understand why and how we challenge the status quo of performance and self-development!! Over the next week, we will post one principle every day to signify what we stand for and why we love what we do!

Challenging athletes to be self-critical, find new limits, raise their standards, push themselves, and be open to ideas. Constantly evolving, forever improving.

Offering a support system so the athlete maintains the physical and psychological belief and trust in their abilities. Striving to go above and beyond to help maintain a balance between competition and life.
Thrive in the unknown.
Developing new life experience outside the athlete’s comfort zone. New skill sets, unearthed weaknesses, developing existing strengths and finding new frontiers.
Habitual high performance.
A focus on the importance of sustained training and lifestyle changes for athletes. Developing high performance behaviours to become habitual and a driver of sustained personal growth.
Know where the limit is.
Gain a self-awareness of where your body, your mind and your life is at to help sustain optimal performance in competition and sustain the work/life balance.
